HOW MANY CELLS DOES OUR BODY HAVE ?
Recent research has estimated that the average person has about 37.2 trillion cells, written out that's 37,200,000,000,000 cells !
HOW LONG DO OUR CELLS LIVE ?
All of our cells are constantly dying, and new ones are being made simultaneously. About 200 million cells die and are being made every minute !
HOW DO THESE CELLS THAT DIE GET REPLACED AND DO MISTAKES HAPPEN ?
Research shows that, not counting red blood cells, our body replaces about 60 billion (60,000,000,000) cells every day. But before a cell divides to create another cell, DNA is replicated, and mistakes happen. Right now, this instant in time in our body, there are likely to be several thousands of cells that are experiencing misakes of some sort. But in the next instant these 'mutated' cells are either repaired, shut down, or targeted by our own immune systems and destructed.
HOW DO THE BEGINNING OF CANCER . . . . . . . . . . . . (per recent studies & research) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
As our body's final line of defense, these mutated cells will be targeted by our immune system for immediate destruction. Our immune system has the ability to identify and kill these newly developing cancer cells.
THEN WHY DO WE EVEN HAVE CANCER ?
As our body's age, our immune system begins to get weak and cannot keep up to win this battle. This is the onset of cancer and now the cancer will keep on growing and growing. And in the case of 'Lung Cancer' in about 10~15 years, this cancer could enlarge to about 0.5~1.0 cm in size, could weigh about 1~2 grams, and could have about 0.5~1.0 billion cancer cells.
THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
Studies have found the the bulk of our immune system is located in and around our gut. It produces and stores our immune cells (the leukocytes, the B-Cells, the T-Cells, and the NK-Cells). They all work together to kill and eliminate newly formed cancer cells.

THE MICROBES IN OUR GUT
There are about 100 trillion microbes in our gastrointestinal tract. That's 3 times the number of human cells we have ! These microbes help keep our immune system strong. That's why our DIET IS KEY ! If we don't eat healthy, our immune systems begin to get weak and we begin to lose the battle with cancer, sooner than we think.
